I support health warriors who do not have the strength, knowledge, time or desire to cook the necessary foods to heal their body, mind and soul. By offering zoom cooking classes for people near and far, and cooking services for those nearby the Denver and Foothills area, I am able to encourage and nurture self healing.

Being healthy in our modern world is unique for every single person. What works for you might possibly make me feel worse! Food and nutrition is key to not only optimal health, but also the healing journey towards holistic wellness.

I have studied and researched a variety of different diets, but more importantly, I am obsessed with making healthy foods taste delish. When I am not in the kitchen cooking, I am scouring social media, magazines, cookbooks and wellness books for new trends, flavor combinations to try, and inspiration for new ways of using ingredients.

I don’t require Veganism, a Keto diet or no fat diet. I meet you wherever you’re at - whether that’s in the chip aisle or the ice cream shop! My only requirement is an open mind and the curiosity to try. Together, we will find what works for you.

What it looks like?

For residents in the Greater Denver area, I am able to cook delicious foods that fit your specific dietary needs to supplement your everyday meals. We work together to discover what foods make you happy, meals that you miss being able to have because of sensitivities or allergies, and nutrition that will benefit your unique challenges. I create foods that can be frozen or kept in the fridge for at least a week, such as:

  • Soups

  • Muffins

  • Meat dishes

  • Stuffed squashes

  • Curries

  • Roasted Veggies

  • Sauces

  • Dressings

I do the shopping, cook the food in my home, package it in a way that makes sense, and then deliver it to you.

I understand the impact that a restricted diet can have on your daily life. The need to cook specialty items that you’re not familiar with is one more thing to add to your already busy schedule. When you’re not feeling top notch to begin with, the added stress and work involved can be overwhelming and have a negative effect on your healing time.

Who needs a Culinary Support?

I work with people who:

 

· Just don't feel good in general

· Have chronic gut and digestion issues

· Feel frustrated and stuck

· Have food allergies or sensitivities and need help learning how to adjust meals

· Don’t know how to cook fresh, homemade meals

· Need to change their diet and lifestyle for disease i.e. Diabetes, Hormones, Paleo, Gluten Free, etc.

· Don’t have time or desire to cook homecooked meals

· Want to eat healthy foods, but don’t want to or know how to cook them

· Need some motivation, inspiration and support in their health and wellness journey
