I help kids and their families understand why they don't feel good and what is happening in their bodies. We work together to build a strong foundation so they can change their path to live a happy, successful, healthy, pain-free, and fulfilling life.

Outside Perspective.

Sometimes an outside perspective can shift the energy in your household creating a more positive, open-minded playing field.

I experience this in my house ALL THE Time. This is how it goes:

I suggest something to my girls and they shut me down right away, but then my sister-in-law visits and says something along the same lines and they think it's the best idea ever!

My sessions focus on listening to everyone's ideas, concerns, and opinions - sometimes this is with the whole family, sometimes just Mama, and sometimes just a few family members.

After that, I create a custom plan for your unique family that may include whole food education, cooking lessons, lifestyle suggestions, and a deep holistic look at the big picture.


I thank God that I met Robyn and asked for her help. From the moment she entered the picture, her demeanor was calm and she was non judgmental and supportive. We met regularly in my home at a time that worked into my schedule. We set short-term and long-term goals for my family that were realistic and achievable. She primarily met with me but she also included my 9 year old twins on several occasions. Robyn showed me how to make food "fun".

What it looks like?

The real star of a health coaching session or plan is the gift that keeps on giving; A FOUNDATION OF WHOLE FOOD EDUCATION. I share tons of information, handouts, recipes and cooking techniques to help you eat and cook healthy meals for the rest of your life. We talk about ingredients, label reading, proper kitchen utensils, cooking techniques, flavor, texture...and I could go on and on. IT'S JUST SO MUCH FUN!

Food isn’t everything, though. In order to live a well balanced life we need to give ample attention to all the areas of living i.e. relationships, careers, school, friends, family, self care, dreams, and spirituality.

I have lots of cool activities, dreamy ideas, personal experience and research-driven knowledge to pull into your customized sessions.

For accountability and practice, I will give you fun and interesting homework or assignments to help you work towards your goals.

Of course, I do have specific information, skills and techniques to share with you based on your current wellness snapshot AND your NEW, EXCITING GOALS, but ultimately this is all about YOU and YOUR FAMILY!

I follow your lead and am able to understand where you need the most support. Think of me as your friend, your cheerleader, your guardian angel (well, maybe that’s too much), your personal assistant, your secret weapon or your wellness guide. I’m here to help your family ROOT DOWN into a healthy foundation and GROW STRONG towards the sky.

During each 45-minute session, I want to hear your story. I welcome you to open up about the challenges that you're having, successes that you feel good about, and new observations that might direct us to the root cause of your dis-ease - whether that’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. I will give you ideas to ponder and introduce action steps that support your unique goals to work on until the next session.

Sometimes we will do a taste test, some sessions focus on gratitude or meditation, and other times we use our five senses to explore mindful eating. We work together on creating a WHOLE circle for your family, not just pieces of the pie.

Who needs a Health Coach?

I work with families who:

 

· Just don't feel good in general

· Have chronic gut and digestion issues

· Feel frustrated and stuck

· Have food allergies or sensitivities and need help learning how to adjust meals

· Don’t know how to cook fresh, homemade meals

· Need to change their diet and lifestyle for disease i.e. Diabetes, Hormones, etc.

· Can't seem to get on the same page when it comes to cooking, eating, and lifestyle
