I hold their hands so that they don’t have to walk into the unknown by themselves. We work together to discover what works best for their body, mind and soul.

Transition.

Sometimes time travels so fast that you find your self almost waking up from a dream.

Wait, what the hell just happened? I was just hot, sexy and 26 y.o. and now…

Wrinkles, sagging, lumps and bumps. Sleeping through the night is non-existent. Constant zapped energy. Weight that won’t go away. Serious PMS and crazy periods. Anxiety. Head games. Low self esteem. Feeling lost and overwhelmed…and maybe a little cuckoo!

No more sleep walking through life, it’s time to GSD (Get S#@t Done)!

I’m here to help women make the transition they’ve been both dreading and dreaming about for years.

Everyone always says, “Age doesn’t matter” and “You’re only as old as you act.”

However, I felt a huge shift in all the areas of my life when I turned 40 - some were exciting, and others were a bummer, but I still had dreams and goals that I wanted to come true.

Here’s what I was feeling:

Career: I felt a pull to do something more…and do it NOW! Get clear.

Relationships: I felt a need to build better connections with other women, and I wanted to take my relationship with my husband to a new level.

Spirituality: Something was calling me to dig deeper…to go within. Connect.

Health: I didn’t feel good deep inside my body. I knew something was changing or different. I kept searching for answers.

Home: I wanted to slow down and enjoy every moment instead of racing to the next thing.

Self Care: I had been ignoring my needs and wants for years, giving everything I had to my daughters and husband. I didn’t even know what I liked anymore.

Nutrition: I thought I was eating healthy, but my body wasn’t responding in the way I wanted it to.

I started dialing in on each area of my life to see what could be shifted - little bit by little bit. During the process, I found help by reaching out to other professionals, friends and colleagues.

I want to share what I learned with you, so that you can move forward in your life happy, healthy and confident.


I came to Robyn with some issues that didn't make sense to the "modern science" world.  We started looking at it from a wholistic dietary perspective to see what could be causing my body to overreact to my dietary choices.  Sugar was key and lack of protein.  Once we addressed those issues there was clearly more energy, clarity and body issues subsiding. 

I loved working with her to help me understand the body and how it processes everything we eat. I appreciated her recommended recipes to help balance out my poor eating habits.  I recommend bringing her in as a coach in your move toward a more healthy YOU!

What does it look like?

My health coaching sessions for women are all about GETTING CLEAR. There have been times that I knew something wasn’t working, but I didn’t know exactly what was wrong or how to fix it. I needed an outside perspective. I wanted someone to help me rearrange the pieces, and then support me while I shifted things around in each area of my life.

That’s what I’m here to do for you!

Step 1: Let’s work together to figure out what’s throwing you off kilter. We’ll really dig deep with our detective hats and magnifying glasses. Is it hormones? Food? Stress? Not enough? Too much? Relationships? All of the above?

Step 2: Let’s create a customized toolbox - one tool at a time - for you to pull from, so that you can not only get well, but STAY well - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Some of those tools we will stock your toolbox with include:

  • Different types of journaling

  • Learning about new ways to eat

  • Discovering new foods and recipes

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Lifestyle empowerment

  • Exploring creativity

This is all about YOU! I am here to listen and hear what you are saying and then offer specific information, skills, research, referrals and techniques to help build your customized tool box.

I follow your lead and am able to understand where you need the most support. Think of me as your friend, your cheerleader, your guardian angel (well, maybe that’s too much), your personal assistant, your secret weapon or your wellness guide. I’m here to help you ROOT DOWN into a healthy foundation and GROW STRONG towards the light.

During each 45-minute session, I want to hear your story. I welcome you to open up about the challenges that you're having, successes that you feel good about, and new observations that might direct us to the root cause of your dis-ease - whether that’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. I will give you ideas to ponder and introduce action steps that support your unique goals to work on until the next session.

Sometimes we will explore a new vegetable, some sessions will focus on breathing or meditation, and other times we will set specific goals for exercise or nutrition. We work together on creating a WHOLE life, not just pieces of the pie (because most pie isn’t healthy for everyday).

Who needs a Health Coach?

I work with women who:

 

· Just don't feel good in general

· Have chronic gut and digestion issues

· Feel frustrated and stuck

· Have food allergies or sensitivities and need help learning how to adjust meals

· Don’t know how to cook fresh, homemade meals

· Need to change their diet and lifestyle for disease i.e. Diabetes, Hormones, etc.

· Can't seem to get on the same page when it comes to cooking, eating, exercise and lifestyle

· Lost their get up ‘n go

· Need some motivation, inspiration and support in their health and wellness journey
