Holiday Rally Day #23: Gratitude
This will be my last post before Christmas Day 2020. How better than to end this Holiday Rally with Gratitude?
I find it amazing to think that such a simple practice as writing down three things you are grateful for everyday can change your life!
In a newsletter published by Harvard Medical School, researchers found “In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”
The benefits of gratitude take time to do their magic, so don’t give up. Bring gratitude into your daily rituals and make it a part of your lifestyle!

You can practice gratitude in a number of ways, including:
Write a thank you note
Keep a gratitude journal
Meditate
Share gratitude on social media
Make a gratitude jar or box – Write what you’re grateful for on slips of paper and put them in the jar/box. Read through them when the jar/box is full.
Make a wall of gratitude post it notes
Tell someone you’re thankful for them
I am grateful for YOU following me on social media and being a part of this Holiday Rally. Have a Merry Christmas and keep coming back to these posts for Healthy Holiday Inspiration.
Big love to you!
